We received a shirt that we did not order. We did order a different shirt but did not receive it. There's no packing slip to see how to return it. We don't care for this one but would rather have the one we ordered. We never got a notification that anythi...We received a shirt in the mail from RETURNEP 19301 Pacific Gateway Drive Torrance, California 90502. We had ordered a shirt way back in December from The Fest and the emails letting us know when other things were being shipped came from Brave Hot. We never got an email saying that the shirt we ordered was going to be shipped or was out of stock, but then we received this shirt which is similar to the shirt that we ordered but is not the shirt that we ordered. There is no invoice or return shipping label or any information inside so we are unsure if this has come in place of the shirt we ordered. We do not like this shirt as well as the shirt we ordered. I'm unsure what else you need to know but I'm also not sure why the shirt was sent without more information and I'm also not sure why it was sent in place of the shirt we ordered without asking if we would like a replacement. I don't know if you are the company that the shirt we ordered was supposed to come from but your address label is on this package. How can you help? I'm in Belle rive, il. | Symptoms: Other
