I was charged $98 with conversion to USD (I spent around $60 CDN).I ordered thinking I was getting a Carter's sale. The name was spelled right and I had options in sizes etc and the shopping experience didn't have glitches so I didn't immediately think it was a scam.
I have not Receieved anything and it has been over a month. The day after my order was placed I started to think it was a scam as the Facebook ad was suddenly not appearing anymore. I tried the tracking link several times and it says there is nothing. I tried emailed customer service several times asking for order to be canceled and to be refunded with no response.
