Ordered two items that were a ebike and a shaving set. Paid got confirmation number and screenshot of the whole order. But can't even access the site now

I thought I bought a couple items online through Facebook but still haven't received them and cant access site anymore to use confirmation number

I received a package in the mail, with my address but not my name. The name was a local woman, who I knew. I messaged her before opening to see if this was her package. It wasn’t. I then opened the package and it was a small nail fail and a piece of cardboard, nothing else.

I ordered boots from Dallader Boots supposedly made in the USA and of good quality. Nope, and they came from Jerry(001) Yasfbara. No return address to the original shipping address and a shipping label on top of the original. I'm out $60. swapped the good boots with cheap product.
