Can I not return?? Shoes I ordered are too small and damaged. Damage is from cheap, insufficient packaging. I ordered boots. Inaccurate web description- Not leather, they’re vinyl! Also boots are damaged from cheap, insufficient packaging.I’m looking for a way to return for full refund but they seem to be unreachable. Not happy. What can I do??
