I ordered this same thing also over a month ago & never received it or any notification that it had been shipped. I hate scammers!!! Has anyone ever received these items from this company. Would love my money back!!

I ordered around 6 pieces of Jim Shore pieces also on 10-31-2023. No notification on pieces sent, no package sent. Not received anything yet. I don't pay for scammers, not interested in making a living people to supply for themselves like a lot of every day living people. I'm retired and worked for 35 plus years and my money is mine not for y'all to make a living off of. I want my merchandise or my $59.00 back.

My Mum ordered 3 Willow Tree nativity sets that were going to be Christmas presents this year, she ordered them at the beginning of November. We never received anything in regards to a confirmation but a tracking # we kept an eye on it, and says it was delivered we never recieved the items. In total the order cost $71.00 CAD. So sickening. What can be done? On my parents visa it states the charge came from VIKRASSETH. COM DURHAM My parents would like their money back. These scammers need to go down.

I ordered as well. Never received my order and having trouble getting my credit card to give me credit back. I show this on FB and thought it was legit. Now I will check everything out before I order online again. Shame on them!

I ordered back in November and never received my Willow tree nativity set. What a shame you can't trust anyone!!
