I ordered clothing and was charged on my credit card, but did not receive the package. According to their international carrier, Track718. net, it was delivered somewhere in Nashvill,e but not able to confir,m and I "should check my area to look for it" (it wasn't anywhere to be found in my neighborhood). The seller will only say to follow up with the carrier. How do I get a refund?
