I ordered a beautiful embroidered blouse from USA Health Awareness at usahealthawareness. com and received a cheap imitation with cheap fabric and loosely tacked on overlays instead of the blouse I ordered. The owner of this address, per Chicago Tax Rolls is ZHI SHAN ZHU 3646 S WOLCOTT 2F CHICAGO, IL 60609 The website is: usahealthawareness. com and the Facebook physical address is: 813 Sumner Street, South Los Angeles, CA, United States, California, which seemed to be a non-existent address when I googled it.

The same exact thing happened to me, the same exact two blouses. Thier email support is offering me a $10 compensation. This is goig to go a bit higher. I am so sick and tired of scams. I ordered from a FACEBOOK site.
