I was a yard walker. 10 pm to 6 am shift . On Friday September 25 I injured my right foot . It was due to there negligence.They essentially bullyed me to not go on worker’s compensation saying how I couldn’t . Shaming me that “ you hurt yourself walking ?” I was told not to try to turn it into essentially a free ride by I believe his name is [ _____]. He also said I’d have to do safety training very condescendingly. No ! The problem is THEY aren’t following regulations. I have never had a injury and was to afraid I’d loose my job if I spoke up. Instead I’m still hurt and they were horrible to me after that. Made my life hell at work. Please make sure it’s fixed so no one else gets hurt . Thank you !
