My brother, who is 75 years old, ordered a walker from these scammers for $179. The order was supposed to come with a free $39 cane. They shipped him a cheap cane and nothing else. Customer service has given him the runaround and refused to refund him. He filed a reversal with his credit card, and the scammers sent them to tracking number for the cane, which shows delivered. So the credit card company is refusing to refund his money. I’m seeing reports all over the internet about this so called company scamming senior citizens. Someone has to stop them.
