Unwanted package, LAKE WALES, FLORIDA

Received a package from USPS that I did not order. Package had a return address from Keathers Foeeyes at 3646 S Wolcott Ave , Chicago IL. I took the package back to my local post office and they instructed me to write "refused" on the box.
