I also have received a package but the name is a little different and the location is totally different.
Mine is from Laters Fottys and the address is 1207 Laurel Ln, Grapevine TX. It looks like some sort of weird hair clip. if anyone gets any info on who/where this crap is coming from (china, I know), anything more tangible, please post it. Oh, and I can't see anywhere I have been charged for the item.
