I just received a plain white T-shirt that I did not order however I'm wondering if it wasn't from an ad I ordered from for 3 pairs of dress pants on Instagram

So I just received a red and black scarf from the same address. I also ordered dress pants from IG but canceled my order because it seemed a little sketch and PayPal refunded me for the pants. But I still can’t figure out why I received this scarf..
