Safety Report: Unpurchased Ring, New Jersey, USA

I received a package in the mail which contained a moissanite ring that I did not purchase. The package came from CA and had no invoice or packing slip. All it had was a plain red ring box containing a 1 carat ring along with a limited warranty card with a QR code to scan to give info for a lifetime warranty and a pamphlet about the ring. The return address is
