I received a text to my Chime account asking me if I ordered “Mystery Keto”, so I automatically went to my card and saw I was charged $59 plus tax. I reported it to my Chime accounts and they said it looks like it was ordered from your phone and denied my dispute even though I DID NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!!

I received a package in the mail, with my address but not my name. The name was a local woman, who I knew. I messaged her before opening to see if this was her package. It wasn’t. I then opened the package and it was a small nail fail and a piece of cardboard, nothing else.
