I placed orders for shoes,dresses.my order number from M&S is #9390. However received ring that I did not ordered. Please, can you Isort out my orders . asap.My items alreadypaid. I have included photo of the ring and envelope with Name , GRA MOISSANITE. This company is defrauding customers. I never ordered ring . My clothes and shoes that I paid for was not delivered to me. The amount is £49.75 was taking from my account. They should refund me my money or items .
