Why was I delivered a USPS Parcel Select from you?How do I track who it was ordered from?
Where is the purchase receipt?

I recently looked at purses, but nothing like the one I was sent. I have never heard of or ever ordered anything from this sender.
I have only ordered from Amazon, Target, or other reputable sellers. I have checked pending orders ,and I have no pending orders or shipments.
There is NO Invoice or Information included in this shipment to identify where it was ordered from.
I would never buy a purse like the one shipped.
I tracked down the site that I believe is a fake site: “Karens Bags”. It was a website that I looked at while shopping for a black purse. I usually shop at Nordstrom Rack, TJM, where I can see the product but I felt sorry this lady “Karens bags”was going out of business and the bags look like super nice leather bags. I need to check my credit card purchases to see how much I spent.
I don’t approve of the way Karen’s Bags mails merchandise without notifying who is sending it. Invoice included with purchase would avoid confusion, merchandise is not the quality pictured, and there is no way to return items.
