Unordered pkg, Heathers Mottys

Got a weird pkg from them that originated in China. It was a strangely shaped blue plastic frame shaped kind of like a butterfly with small plastic rods with three rubbery "wheels" on each. The wheels smelled awful. I barely touched one of the wheels and put aparatus back in plastic and scrubbed my hands with hot, soapy water. I threw whole thing out. I know it originated in China because I got an email about something coming China Post. It was sent to Trenton, NJ and then to me. I never ordered this. Never ordered anything from Heathers Mottys.
