I received a strange package that was opened that I did not order.. it is a black mesh harness with leash. I would never order a black harness and leash plus it is way too big for my 4 lb and 7 lb girls. It came from shipping dept @ 182-30 150th rd Jamaica NY . No charges on any of my accounts just strange
