It is very likely that you ordered something online 2-3 weeks ago. Maybe month. Instead of the expected package with the order, you got a ring. Everyone has it: a ring instead of an ordered product. Do nothing. It is scam. Try to recall what you ordered online and when. Because the ring always follows an unreceived order. Then report it to your credit card. (if they charged you)
