Received a not ordered ring from Carlson Sweden from Astoria, NJ. No bill of sale included, no communication whatsoever except a brochure describing the ring as a moissanite 1 carat, from GRA, report #89007**** with in small print at the bottom that says "all illegal profiles made by this certificate have nothing to do with the company " The r is a Round Brillant measuring 6.5mm color grade D, Clarity Grade VVSI, Cut Grade excellent. GRA seems to be an"independent jewelries institute" with an url www.gra-moissonites.com. I will contact them, as well as the Better Business Bureau if I don't hear satisfactorily from anyone within a reasonable amount of time.
