received a piece of tan cloth in the mail that I did not order. Previously ordered lawn chairs and have yet to receive them despite numerous outreach to seller - in China. tracking shows it is in my town and no delivery except for this. label underneath this fake USPS tracking number says China. what can I do to protect myself.
