I received a random, cheap pair of sunglasses from someone named Carrie Bonkiewicz 2864 Parsons Blvd Queens, NY 11357. I'm concerned that others have reported the same thing. Who is this person and how does she have all of our addresses?

Same here!!! I think it was from a fake HSN order I feel for. Out $50.00 on my end! Lesson learned.
I ordered from a bed bath and beyond clearance site and received the cheap sunglasses from Carrie Bonkiewicz instead of my items.
