I rec'd this pkg and need to return to sender but I don't know what company it is. The only return address is yours on the shipping label. Nothing inside the package identifies the sender either. I have been charged $85 on my Amex but it is a foreign company with a name I can't even pronounce and I can't find any # or address to return and get refund. Can you help?

I received a white cord lanyard or something like that. I know that I never ordered that. Tracking number shows nothing at all.
