Received a box Katie Sanchez 135 Raritan center parkway Edison Nj

It had my address but wrong name. I checked return address online and found these other reports. I threw the package away after reading here.It was two small boxes in a black mailing envelope. we have an outstanding amazon order we are waiting for- could it be connected to that?
