I received a package with a silk scarf enclosed. I ordered a suitcase online, but haven’t received it. There are 2 labels on the package. 1 on top of the other. It was sent from Online Seller in Aurora CO. I have pix of the 2 labels

Call capital one , give them the name of the site you ordered from. This happened to me, my credit card company refunded my money.

Call or go online to Capital One to contest the charge. We had the same issue and Capital One was excellent about helping with this scam.
