Received two small packages from Katy TX each containing one cut piece of cardboard. 12/17/24. Ordered nothing from TX just received . Weird!

Received two priority pkg’s each containing nothing but a piece of cut cardboard 3” X 2” approx.  never ordered anything feom Penny at 1800 N Mason Rd in Katy TX 77449.
