Received a package from Patricia Heidbreder. Opened outside package but not inside. It’s royal blue rubber or vinyl package with some sort of cloth with black dots. I took a picture but don’t know how to send. I just received package in the mail from Patricia Heidbreder, 109 w Whittier Blvd, CA 90640. I did not order and don’t know what it is.
