Unordered Package from Trendy, Claremore, OK USA

I received a package I did not order from Trendy 192-01 Northern Blvd Flushing NY 11358, ACV tablets and Keto energy tablets. There was no invoice and no explaination.

I received a ring from Aylen Amado at 1226 Andover Park E.Tukwila, Wa. 98188 . Which I never ordered . Charges were $98.00 . But was delivered to me by USPS to my mail box. It’s a scam !!! And I never ordered anything off Amazon or Facebook. !!! Called my bank and credit card comany.. BIG Nation wide Scam..
