Received in the mail yesterday a pkg containing 2 bottles. They were Keto products. Keto Advanced Weight Loss and the Keto Gummies & Apple Cider Vinegar. I did not order these and I am not going to pay for something I did not order. Please stop this Scam.

My wife got the same. Unknowingly, she ordered a dental product online and that "signed" her up for a subscription to this product. Scam was "Use it for 30 days and if not cancelled then you have a yearly subscription for several hundred $$". But no information at all telling you any of this. Was supposed to all be in an email that she did not get. Did some research and called 844-492-1228. Got a live person. Because we called and "cancelled" within the 30-day grace period we would not be charged and we did not have to send back the product. So far no charges have appeared.

Thank you for this information. I also got the Keto products that I did not order. I have them on the phone now and she is cancelling and I don't have to send the product back either. Thank you for posting this as it was very helpful...:)

I got the same thing today (Feb 7 2023) . I did not order this product. I am going to call this number that is above tomorrow. I have already sent them a complaint to let them know I did not order the two bottles of Keto product. I agree this is a scam.
I just called that number as well they said they would cancel. Said they were just customer service and couldn’t tell if I was charged. So strange. She told me the cost was 139.14.

Just called the 800 # for the keto gummies. Kaye Lopez, person in customer service, said she can only cancel the subscription. I am going to call my visa company and dispute the charge.
I did not order theses products and I need these orders to be returned to my account.
I called and they couldn't find my account, because I do t have one, so he said that there was a faulty shipping problem and do t worry, I won't be charged. Lol
my wife got the same crap. didn't order it. they could not find account and wanted a credit card number. no way, spoke with jane id,#5913 another scam from india.
i called the above number and they said they couldnt find my account. and just wanted more information. i gave them my name and zip code and they said that more information because there a third party call center. i hung up, so now i have to call my credit card company and cancel my card.
I got a pkg from the same company Trend #660 but it was a tracking device for your keys I never ordered

well...let me join you guys !! I also got the 2 bottles and altho I remember READING about them, I do NOT remember joining up. I called the number in first comment, and was told same as others. Trial, no charge and would cancel. We'll see!

Called the number in the first comment. Spoke with Kaye. She could not 'find my account'. I asked what companies she represented and she would not tell me. I asked for a supervisor, I was told one was not available. She told me it was only a customer service center they sold not products. She hung up. I tried to call the number on the bottles 844.677.0094, but was disconnected each time I called.

I also received unordered, unwanted keto products. So the number to call is 1.844.677.0094,,,,,,they found an "account" they say I created when I made the purchase for keto gummies and another keto product. He said he didn't know the name of the website I ordered it from!! But he assured me no charges will come to me nor auto-shipments. Hahaha....what a bunch of scammers. The 844.492.1228 number either disconnected me or told me they couldn't find me in their system (I called them 5 times). So maddening!!
They seem to have found me, but I never ordered this. Supposedly I will get an email cancelling this. This was a trial.
I also just received unordered keto products and called the number above, they found me by my email address and cell number, they said they will cancel my order (which I didn't order). The customer service agent said it was placed on the 21st of March as a trial. I ordered a mattress lifter that day but found not email telling me I ordered the products. I'm to receive an email within 24-72 hrs confirming the cancellation so we'll see. This is fraud in my opinion!

The package was labelled from "TREND". However, speaking with Deenita REP# 90687 (called: 844-492-1228); the company doing the unsolicited shipment is GoXtra. They don't charge for the unordered 2 bottles. And they don't want them returned either. She would not state the business location either (??). However, if "you" don't make the call and cancel they unknowingly sign you up for an auto subscription shipment and billing program!!!! This is such a scam!! They had my name, email, phone number and credit card in their data base. I suspect they are joined to Hazelchrysanth, which is a new company i recently purchased from online (Chinese). This should be illegal and GoXtra/Trend should be fined and shutdown. EVERYONE PLEASE REPORT
I received 2 bottles of Keto today. I called and told them to stop sending merchandise that i didn't order..i will not pay for these bottles,\. What a scam.
I also received these in the mail today. I called 844-492-1228. She said I ordered them on June 26. I have no idea how they got all this information. She said she cancelled my order and to keep this product. Like you all said this is a scam. Something needs to be done!!!! I am so upset!!!!
