I received a ring from Kevin James. I did not order it. I don’t know what to do with it.

Why and how are all of these scammers getting by and getting your info. If I receive it I am not paying for it. I got scammed back in January by a company that was using Macys name. I should have known better. Never got my products and had to file a fraud report on my credit card. If it is too good to be true, then it's a fraud.
