I received 2 small heated jackets and 1 small heated vest with no battery packs and I didn’t order them. All I have is a return address no phone number. Should I report this to my credit card company as I don’t want to get stuck with the bill and these items that are useless? the return label is 12500 Slauson Ave, Unit B1A, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670.
