Received a package from Carson 130 S Gary Ave, Bloomingdale’s ill. I did not order it. Looks to be some kind of knee brace. What do I do.Looks to be some kind of knee brace that I did not order, what do I do?

File a complaint with the BBB, FTC and USPS attorney general and take screen shots of the submission. Once you do that, write the company and attached the screen capture. Make sure you request a refund. I just had to do the same and I received my money back. Good Luck
