My wife received a ring today looks like all the other rings that have been listed as issue and we were charged for it on her credit card but never ordered this ring at all what can we do about it.We just received a ring in the mail that we did not order there's no phone number on the package or return shipping receipt call the credit card company and we had been charged for the ring
