Yes. I received a scarf. Believe it may be related to something I "thought" I ordered from QVC. But when I spoke to QVC, they said someone stole their logo. They had no record of my transaction. The QVC ad is for buy 2 lawn chairs get 2 free. I have disputed the charge, received my credit back to my account and have already received a new debit card.

I also ordered the lawn chairs but have not received them yet. I'm holding onto the envelope with the USPS tracking number to see if they try to pass it off as the tracking number for the chairs!
Report to your bank! You won’t get the chairs. This happened to me also
