I have just received a charger cable with a few different adapters on it from family medical LLC in Bayside New York. I did not order this from them, nor have I ever done any kind of transactions with them. Somethings wrong with this picture. that others are reporting the same thing. Now I’m concerned about what I might’ve expose myself to buy opening the package. Please advise. I received a small white package through USPS that contains a weird green charger cable with different sized adapters. From Family Medical LLC, I am in a southwestern state. The company is in Bayside, New York.
