457 South Glasgow Avenue, Inglewood, 90301 California, United States

5 small boxes, each with 6 glass vials about 6 inches long, about 1 inch in diameter. Each box has a cleaning brush and clear plastic holders. There are no directions included. I cannot find any place where I have been charged for this. I am in Houston TX.
