Did NOT order this. My mom had ordered a rollator from a ad on Facebook but it said QVC/drive. Which is a legit place. But now it’s not looking legit whatsoever. Still hasn’t arrived,tracking is in Chinese. It’s coming from China,and then went to LA and Memphis and Knoxville and still nothing. At this point just counting as a loss. I told mom to cancel her card and get a new one and not sure how to get her money back as no way to contact anyone! This is just creepy to receive this. It says online seller from the 940 w bethel road coppell Texas it was a scarf? I'm in Surgoinsville, TN
