As of 10 a.m., nearly 6,500 customers of the four utility companies serving the region had no power. Westchester and Ulster counties have the largest numbers of outages. Many don't have an estimated restoration time yet. Con Edison said some of its 1,620 customers in Westchester County... See More who are without power might not have it restored until early Sunday morning. New York State Electric and Gas also has 1,782 Westchester County customers without power. Many of those customers are still waiting to hear an estimated restoration time. Central Hudson said restoration times for some of its 1,335 customers without power in Ulster County are still unknown. Sullivan County has 417 customers of Central Hudson without power. The utility estimates those customers will have power restored by 11 p.m.'
