I received a GRA Moissante ring in the mail at no charge. It came from Kerry Noon from Montclair, CA,I’ve checked my credit card and at this time, there is no charge. What’s going on?

Just received the same ring, what does a person do now?
Do we send it back or what? I’m not keeping it. I believe in witch craft and many are send or giving in appendages and I’m not keeping it here at home. I literally just received it just now.
