Ring I received in the mail that I didn't order

I'm in Haddon Heights

01/07 update: Here is the copy of the package with the address and a copy of the ring. No invoice or packing slip came with the box just what was inside that showing in the pics. I don't know how they got my address so this is why I'm saying that I didn't order the ring. I went on the GRA Jewelry through google and saw reviews and it looks like other people went through the same thing I did. And they too mentioned that they did not order the ring or pens.
