I ordered three (3) casual dresses from WetWave.com and when I did not receive the order, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I also emailed the company to advise them that a dispute was filed. They responded with a USPS tracking number and two days later, a package arrived with a scarf. Tracking number matched what was emailed me, but that was NOT my item. I researched the address and learned MANY people are reporting this same issue.Im in Fort Meade, FL, USA
