I received this package in Sahuarita, Arizona, where I went for Thanksgiving. I am out of the US right now.I received a package from 3646 Wolcott Ave Chicago, IL 60609. Inside were two envelopes saying RAN on one side with a list of ingredients in what looks like Chinese. Inside the two packets are thirty little gold pod capsules that look a bit like fish. What is this? Did I order it or did they just send it to me? There are no instructions, nothing. What do I do with this?
