I received a small package today i did not order. It came from your corparate office at 2646 Rainer Ave S Seattle Washington 98144.Package i recieved today I did not order. It came from your address in seattle. Tracking number on the package is as fallows.-940013610515556389****. Please find out who is doing this and notify me at this is tthe second one i have recieved in a year. cant use the hair ties. thank you.

SCAM. Check your credit card, call your Visa card/bank and report fraud. They'll investigate and reverse the charges. This is either "brushing" (look it up) or maybe you ordered one of those "Amazon pallets" which are a total SCAM.
