I received a satin /silk scarf that I did not order. How are these companies getting my info and why are they sending this stuff?

I looked it up. It's called brushing scam. The company mails you something cheap using your name and address. They use your info to make it appear as if you are a real customer purchasing something so that they can leave themselves a positive "verified buyer" review on another item they sell. It boosts their sales. Sounds confusing. Report it to amazon using the tracking number.
