I received my package on December 20Th 2022 and it was not what I ordered I ordered 2 Dooney & Bourne purses as the Facebook video said it was QVC. So I orders because I have order from qvc before but this was a knock off qvc. I have emailed the customer service email 4 times or so since then and have gotten no response. I want to return and want a refund.
