Got same thing exactly.
My daughter in law got one of these and they are sending these out in hopes you will registar the ring and that way it gives them more info on you to steal your identity.we looked it up on google by taking a picture of the ring and running it and they started popping up from all kinds of people receiving and from different company’s and addresses.Its a scam world wide.they get your info from where things are purchased online unsafe sites and the merchant shares your info with scammers for a price.wish i could upload the info here for you but it was not let me.Be safe out there.my daughter n law plans on pawning it for gas money.lol
