I have received two separate necklaces from Avienda de Parque de Africa that I did not order.

I got the first package about two months ago and just received the identical necklace yesterday. That's all I know. I did not order it and don't know who these people are. The outside of the package says its a ring, but its a necklace. I did not order either of these.
