These packages are most likely a scam because someone or yourself ordered a product online that ships from china that once the tracking shows delivered they or you most likely did not get what was ordered and the website might say they are not going to refund an item saying delivered. So its a diversion to scam unless you have means to prove it. t will show a 26 digit usps tracking. Compare to the usps tracking on the package coming from location in the usa. Once this diversion package is delivered it will show delivered for the person who ordered. Websites from other countries like columbia .co advertising on instagram and shop.com will be suspect. Instagram ads are full of scams.
