Unknown seeds with green powdered substance, NC-87, Cameron, NC, USA

I received two small bags of seeds with green powdery substance. I don’t believe I ordered these. I know I ordered grass seeds, but not of this size. I messaged the email that as on the card and ask if these are supposed to be the grass seeds I ordered and if so how am I supposed to use these on my big yard with two small bags of grass seeds. I also added if they are not the grass seeds, then what are they? No reply back as of yet.I see several other people have also recurves seeds and my have also come from the same place, Geatherty Fottyus, 25 Horizon Dr. Suwanee GA 30024
Has anyone as of yet, found out what these are? If so, can someone please demand let me know.
