Received the same small slip of cardboard from "Nebraska" as well. I ordered an Cusinart pot and pan set from a site prior to Thanksgiving. In retrospect the price was too good to be true and most likely a scam. Whoever scammed me sent this package for some reason. Everyone else try to think back the last month or so if you bought something from a sketchy site.I'm in Wilkes-Barre
